Restaurant Bloom Meal
What a wonderful meal we had last night at Restaurant Bloom. Chef Chad Miller created three wonderful courses utilizing grains from Jennings Brothers Farm.
1st course: blue cornmeal polenta, caramelized butternut squash, oyster mushroom, aged goat cheese
2nd course: buckwheat crepes filled with otto farms chicken leg, roast breast, swiss chard, salsify and natural jus
3rd course: multigrain apple cake, sour cream/vanilla bean sorbet, apple chips, cinnamon syrup
Great food and great company! Here is a link to the story that Jaye Beeler did on the dinner:

The next Slow Food meal will be at Tuscan Express on April 2.
