Amy, Veronica, Barb and Jerry will be traveling to Italy this week to attend Terra Madre. Watch for posts from our travels.
We will be going to Chef Cristina's restaurant in Castiglione Falletto on Monday (see post below) for a cooking class and a meal. We also have a tour planned in Parma - to see production of parmigiano reggiano, parma ham and balsamic vinegar. Then on to Turin for the conference.
